England, D.O., FACEP, FACOEP, FAAEP: Dr. England is Board Certified in Family Practice, double Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, and Certified in Level II Worker’s Compensation. He is a founding member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and American Academy of Emergency Medicine. Dr. England graduated from the Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was awarded the best all around athlete and voted one of the best basketball players of the last 100 years at the University of Denver.  In 2010, he was inducted into his High School’s Hall of Fame for his achievements as a physician and for the outstanding contributions he has made to society.  Dr. England brings unparalleled expertise to the Urgent Care Unit at P.C.M. as a founder of the Rocky Mountain Emergency Physicians. He ran three Emergency Rooms in Denver for 21 years before committing his passion for medicine and people to his resident town of Castle Rock in 1991. Dr. England has taught residents and interns in Emergency Medicine since 1972 and Family Practice since 1991. He is recognized as Clinical Professor for Family Practice and Emergency Medicine for the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific.  Dr. England is Full Professor for Rocky Vista University of Osteopathic Medicine and Assistant Clinical Professor for University of Colorado Medical School.  He also attended the National Meeting for Emergency Preparedness for Douglas County.  Dr. England has lived in Douglas County with his wife since 1978 and has two adult children.  He is active in his church where he headed up a medical mission trip to Honduras and also participates in many community activities.  Dr. England remains interested in alternative medicine, sports, and is an avid bird watcher.

carpenter_c_011_3x_150Christopher A. Carpenter, M.D.: Dr. Carpenter is Board Certified in Family Practice and Certified in Level II Worker’s Compensation. He graduated from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Medicine and worked as a Paramedic during his summer breaks. He is experienced in rural family medicine with a unique background in pre-hospital and hospital emergency medicine. He has developed a strong Internal Medicine skill set, with special interest in cardiology and diabetes. Dr. Carpenter grew up in Castle Rock, Colorado and is happy to return after 8 years of practicing Family and Emergency Medicine at East Morgan County Hospital. He resides in Castle Rock with his wife and two children.

schneider_m_02_3x_150Michael J. Schneider, P.A.: Michael Schneider is a Certified Physicians Assistant in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care. He completed his professional studies at Saint Louis University. His residency in Emergency Medicine at L.A. County USC Medical Center focused on Orthopedics, Trauma and Sports Medicine. He worked for Kaiser Permanente as an Emergency Room Physician Assistant. He joined Plum Creek with a variety of experiences including work as a U.S. Air Force Medical Specialist. Schneider, our popular P.A. has practiced with Plum Creek Medical since 1996 and is known for his excellent work with adults and children. He resides in Parker, CO with his wife and five children.

everett_k_03_3x_150Kristyn M. Everett, CFNP: Kristyn Everett is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She completed her graduate studies at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and was the Female Student Athlete Leader of the year during her undergraduate studies while competing in cross country and basketball. She cares for patients of all ages. Everett has a passion for adolescent and women’s health care issues, and a special interest in preventative medicine. Fluent in Spanish, she uses her bilingual ability to serve Spanish-speaking patients. Everett enjoys triathlons, camping, skiing, and spending time in the outdoors. She resides in Littleton with her husband and 2 children.

simon_d_001_3x_150David C. Simon, M.D., FAAP: Dr. Simon is a board certified Pediatrician and a member of the American College of Pediatrician and has subspecialty training in Adolescent Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from Temple University Health Sciences Center in Philadelphia and is the founder of a Pediatric medical practice in the greater Denver Area. His loves in medicine include newborn baby care, common childhood illness, asthma, sports medicine/injuries, sprain and fracture care, surgical procedures (such as lacerations, skin lesions, wart removal, ingrown nails) and diagnosing and treating children with ADD/ADHD and mild emotional/behavioral disorders. He sees patients from the newborn age through age 21. Dr. Simon and his wife live in the foothills of Sedalia and have five children and one grandchild.

 David L. Priebe, M.D.: Dr. Priebe is Board Certified in Family Practice and ABFM-CAQ Primary Care Sports Medicine. He graduated from University of Nebraska College of Medicine and completed his residency and sports medicine fellowship in Greensboro, North Carolina where he practiced for six years before joining the PCM team in July 2010. He is experienced in treating patients of all ages with a special interest and training in sports medicine. Dr. Priebe has worked with sports teams at the high school and collegiate level with studies and emphasis on running injuries and diabetes mellitus, especially for the athlete. He has an interest in wilderness medicine as well. His years of practice in Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine lend a strong skill set in acute illness and injury. Dr. Priebe enjoys running, mountain biking, hiking, and basketball in his free time.

 Michelle Eason-Delhougne, M.D.: Dr. Eason-Delhougne is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and treats ages newborn through geriatrics. She originates from Broomfield, Colorado and did her training at Good Samaritan Hospital and Phoenix Children’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona following Medical school at St. Louis University in Missouri. She returned home following her training and now brings to Plum Creek Medical Center 10 years of experience in Adult and Pediatric medicine including 9 years in Urgent Care that will be a great addition to the care of our women and patients of all ages. Dr. Eason-Delhougne has been active in the community providing parenting and nutrition classes to young mothers and has also been involved in providing care to underserved populations in the United States as well as Mexico and Romania. More recently she has served as a community liaison for a local scholarship committee promoting and recognizing excellence in our graduating high school seniors. Dr. Eason-Delhougne, her husband and two daughters enjoy living in Douglas County where they operate a home winery, enjoy gardening, quilting, competing at Scottish and Irish Festivals and participating in 4-H and other community activities.
