Plum Creek Medical is providing FREE Diabetes Education Classes to patients with this disease. The class is offered to newly diagnosed patients as well as a refresher course for those who are currently managing their diabetes. The sessions are taught by a Licensed Registered Nurse who is a Nationally Certified Diabetes Educator. There are also several FREE one-on-one counseling sessions available for those who would like the extra support or are unable to make it to the scheduled class times.
