Family Practice: Family Practice is the heart of Plum Creek Medical. We have Board Certified Physicians, Certified Physicians Assistant, and a Family Certified Nurse Practitioner who are qualified to care for your entire family’s medical needs regardless of their age or health care needs. All providers have a strong commitment to their patients and providing quality healthcare to our community.


URGENT CARE CLINIC: The Urgent Care Clinic at Plum Creek Medical provides quick access to care for minor acute illness and trauma between 7am-7pm Monday through Friday and from 8 am-1 pm on Saturdays. No appointment is needed. If an emergency occurs, please call 911. While the Urgent Care Clinic is equipped to handle major trauma and illness, immediate transportation to the closest hospital is frequently the best option. If you have other medical needs outside clinic hours, please call (303) 688-6900. Our physicians staff the clinic on a rotating basis with one physician on call 24 hours a day. Our answering service will contact our physician on call who will handle your concern over the phone if appropriate, ask you to come into the clinic for treatment, or refer you to appropriate specialty care.


Laboratory and Radiology Services: Our patients enjoy the convenience of our in-house laboratory staffed with ASCP registered medical technologists. This provides our physician’s quick results for most tests required to diagnose and treat an acute illness or injury. The x-ray services are staffed by registered radiological technicians to guarantee accurate interpretation or more specialized imaging. Our physicians work closely with consultant radiologists to assure x-ray interpretation and to coordinate special off-site studies, C.A.T. Scanning, M.R.I. and mammography.


Specialist Consultants: Plum Creek Medical offers the services of specialists in the fields of otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat) orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), allergy and asthma, cardiology, podiatry, urology, and dermatology on a rotating basis. Each of these specialists shares in our commitment to provide the highest quality healthcare to the people who live and work in Douglas County.


Occupational Medicine: Because employees are an investment worth protecting, Plum Creek Medical offers pre-employment physicals, work related injury and illness care, return to work programs, drug urinalysis testing, health maintenance exams and other services to companies and their employees.

Preventative Medicine: At PCM we give our patients the tools they need to maintain or achieve a healthy lifestyle. Providers are concerned with the prevention of disease and the promotion and preservation of health through wellness and patient education.
